Industrial purposes such as the production of hemp fiber, hurd and CBD + other cannabinoids – The listed price corresponds to a 15kg package
- The Kompolti variety, produced only by Agroseeds in Romania but grown throughout Europe is one of the few variety that takes part of the European hemp catalogue and around the world. It does abundantly produces biomass - CBD / other canabinoids and quality fibers and hurds/wood (bark content is 38 - 40 %, this corresponds to a bast fibre content of 32 - 34 %).
- It is a popular and versatile variety thanks to its robustness, strength, and high production of fibres.
- With a high growth, even reaching 3.5 - 4 meters in height
- It has a very low rate of THC <0.2% and a high rate of CBD 9% -14%
- As for industrial purposes such as the production of hemp fiber, it can produce high yields of stem material 12-16 t/ha depending on the quantity sown, climate conditions, fertilisers, and soil type.
- Furthermore, its success also derives from its incredible capacity for resistance and adaptation to harsher and colder climates. Our existing customers' presence in these climates, while the other varieties could die, using the Kompolti variety it behaves efficiently and continues to produce like a machine!
- In this genetics there are numerous terpenes that determine Kompolti as a very resinous, fragrant and tasty plant . Kompolti has a thick vegetative structure full of leaves, which will be veined with a bright green color.
The natural state in which hemp appears was actually dioecious. Monoeciousness is artificial in hemp, it can only exist with the help of man, and without selection, the dioecious state will return in two or three generations.
In Hungary and its neighbouring countries, like formerly in Italy, fibre hemp is grown as a dense crop which is harvested at the time when farmer decide what it needs to be harvested.
The Bredemann principle consists of the rapid determination of fibre content in male plants before they flower, so that only the males with the highest fibre content are allowed to pollinate the female plants. In a breeding garden (nursery) of one hectare, I have 15,000 to 20,000 plants and I need only the very best 50 to 100 males for the pollination. (This can be compared to breeding of dairy cows, where a few hundred extremely good bulls inseminate all the cows of an entire country.) With other words a better yeld of fiber and hurd is expected when cultivating Kompolti variety.
